The City of Edmonton (the “City”) hereby invites the submission of Proposals to conduct the Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) for the February 1, 2010 to May 15, 2011 season as more specifically outlined in the attached Description of Work (the “Services”).

The City will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the term of the resulting Professional Services Agreement for up to 2 additional seasons on an annual basis.
