Durata acordului cadru este de 3 ani si s-a incheiat cu un singur operator economic. In primul an autoritatea contractanta a atribuit contractul de achizitie publica subsecvent acordului cadru ofertantului castigator , in baza criteriului de atribuire stabilit in documentatia de atribuire. In fiecare din urmatorii doi ani autoritatea contractanta va atribui contractele de achizitie publica subsecvente acordului cadru in urma consultarii in scris a operatorului economic, parte a acordului cadru, conform specificatiilor din documentatia de atribuire.
