Garantie de partiipare in valoare de 5000 RON. Garantie de Buna Executie in cuantum de 10 % din valoarea contractului de achizitie publica de bunuri, in RON, fara TVA, pentru o perioada de 4 luni.

Se vor prezenta urmatoarele documente:
a) Certificat constatator eliberat de Ministerul Justitiei - Oficiul Registrului Comertului sau echivalentul;
b) Certificat de Cazier fiscal al companiei eliberat de organele fiscale competente, privind debite la bugetul local;
c) Certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul fiscal competent, privind plata obligatiilor la bugetul general consolidat;
d) Certificatul de înregistrare fiscala eliberat de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, în original, copie certificata, pentru conformitate cu originalul, cu semnatura si stampila.
