-declaratie privind neincadrarea in situatiile art. 181 din OUG 34/2006;
-certificat de inregistrare la Registrul Comertului;
-certificat constatator, eliberat de Registrul Comertului din care sa rezulte obiectul de activitate si ca nu sunt inscrise mentiuni cu privire la aplicarea legii nr. 85/2006;
-certificate constatoare privind indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile la plata impozitelor si taxelor la bugetul general consolidat si la bugetele locale;
-documente edificatoare care sa dovedeasca o forma de inregistrare ca persoana fizica/juridica, in conformitate cu prevederile legale din tara in care ofertantul este stabilit;

-certificat ANRE pentru activitati in statii electrice (partea de joasa tensiune;
-declaratie privind subcontractantii;
-angajament ferm al tertului-sustinator/tertilor-sustinatori, in caz ca acesta/acestia exista, privind resursele financiare si/sau resursele tehnice puse la dispozitia ofertantului;
-prezentarea certificarii sistemului de management al calitatii: certificat ISO 9001 sau documente echivalente
