SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
E16 Stuvane- Seltun bru, road and bridges.
II.1.2) Type of contract and location of works, place of delivery or of
performance: Works.
Execution.
Main site or location of works: Lærdal municipality, Norway.
II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The work
comprises of the construction of new E16 Stuvane - Seltun bru, approx. 4.3
km, partly along the existing E16.
The current E16 is too narrow and the geometry is not good enough.
The lot is in Lærdal municipalikty and the site area is between approx. 80
- 190 metres above sea level.
The contract is a unit price contract.
Main amounts:
New Seltrun bridge: Approx. 59 m long, approx. 13.5 m wide.
New Jutlaelvi bridge: Approx. 7 m long.
Main road: Approx. 4.3 km.
Local road/exits etc.: Approx. 1 km.
Removal of soil: Approx. 120 000 m³.
Of this volume of removed soil approx. 50 000 m³ shall be transported to
the Hådbakken depot.
Blasting and removal of rock: Approx. 60 000 m³.
Avalanche mounds: 2.
Raillings: Approx. 3 500 m.
Cable ditch: Approx. 4.4 km.
Removal of temporary road and land abutments at Selun bridge.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The work comprises of the construction
of new E16 Stuvane - Seltun bridges, approx. 4.3 km, partly along the
existing E16.
