for the HSE.

undergoing a major multi-year programme of transformation aimed at
building the capacity of the Irish healthcare system to delivery high
quality and efficient health and social services in an emerging public
environment of changing demographics, higher consumer expectations and
increased sophistication of health care technologies. The vision or
ambition of the HSE is that everyone will have easy access to high quality
care and services that they have confidence in and that staff are proud to
provide.
The HSE intends to establish a Framework Agreement of between 3 and eight
suppliers for each of the following services: 1) Recruitment Advertising
2) Advertising/Social Marketing 3) Media Buying Services.
