II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Mechanic
services for the armed forces' vehicles which have been loaned to Hjerkinn
PRO for use at the Hjerkinn fiering range. This will involve 24 hour
support for maintenance and repairs for Hjerkinn PRO during the ongoing
clearance of military explosives approx. 5-9 weeks in the summer half of
the year. Includes both preparation and maintenance of vehicles before and
after each clearance week. Services will be required at weekends. Some
administration connected to taking vehicles in and out include tanking,
issuing driving orders, ordering parts etc. Services before the clearance
season and inspection of the vehicles before winter storage. In addition
there will be a need for support for the transport of scrap to a sorting
site, personnel transport by bus/lorry, some road maintenance and some
continuous operational duties at Hjerkinn PRO's administration in
Hjerkinn.
