physical disabilities living in the Halton area. It is designed to promote
their social inclusion and maintain their quality of life and well-being.
The services are based around promoting independence and self help.
Halton are looking for a service to support people either on a 1:1 basis,
or as part of a group, to attend mainstream community based services, e.g.
educational settings, leisure centres, cinema, art groups etc and
encourage existing community services to be more socially inclusive.
