The National Capacity Building Project (NATCAP) aims to build the capacity of EAD to pay an effective role in the coordination and implementation of the UNDP Programme and to develop operational systems and procedures for UNDP Programme implementation. Under this project sealed proposals are being solicited from the reputable firms/organizations having previous experience in similar initiatives. Your offer, comprising of a technical and a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach no later than 15th November 2009.
