Note: Applications could be obtained from the Procurement Departments of Asiri Surgical Hospital PLC and Asiri Hospital Matara (Pvt) Ltd on the submission of a letter requested by the company and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/= per Item Category.

Applications are hereby invited from Recognized Suppliers / Contractors who wish-to register as Suppliers / Contractors for the following Goods and Services of Asiri Group of Hospitals, for the year 2010.
Applications could be obtained from the Procurement Departments of Asiri Surgical Hospital PLC and Asiri Hospital Matara (Pvt) Ltd on the submission of a letter requested by the company and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/= per Item Category.
Applications indicating "Registration of Suppliers / Contractors - 2010" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope should be submitted to the under mentioned address on or before 15th November 2009.
Please note that those who are already registered with the Asiri Group of hospitals will have to submit fresh applications for the year 2010 and late submissions will not be entertained.
However, the Asiri Group of Hospitals reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without notifying any reason whatsoever.
