RECOVERY - ARRA - NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (ID/IQ) CONTRACT WITH CENTENNIAL CONTRACTORS ENTERPRISES, INC., CONTRACT NO. HHSI161200900005I. The Contractor is to demolish and install approximately 42,354 ft2 of asphalt parking lot. A retention basin shall be excavated for drainage, a concrete valley is to be installed in the parking lot, and the parking lot shall be striped to indicate regular and handicapped parking spaces. The Clinic is to remain open during this work. In order to keep the Clinic open and complete the parking lot, the work is to be performed in approximately three sections. All rubbish is to be removed from the Reservation and disposed of in an EPA-approved landfill. This requirement is for a proposal leading to the issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. This requirement was previously publicized as an informational Pre-solicitation Notice on November 2, 2009.
