Sealed tenders marked "Davidson Lane Reconstruction / Millar Avenue Watermain Extension,
Contract 09-031" for above project in the City of Miramichi will be received until
11:00am
local time on November 16, 2009. Tenders will be received by: James Lamkey, City
Clerk,
141 Henry Street, 3rd Floor, Miramichi, N.B., E1V 2N5.

Tender packages may be obtained upon payment of $50.00 per set, which amount is
non-
refundable, and are available only from office of the City Clerk at the address
above or
by calling (506) 623-2208.

Plans and specifications may be reviewed at the Construction Association offices
in
Moncton, Saint John and Fredericton. A public opening of tenders will take place
at City
Hall, 141 Henry Street, City of Miramichi, N.B., immediately following close of
tendering
period. No award will be made at tender opening. Tender procedures shall conform
to
requirements of City of Miramichi.

Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount
of 10% of
tendered price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance
Bond and a
Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty (50) percent of value
of the
contract.

THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.


Les soumissions cachetées, indiquant le projet "Travaux de reconstruction de la
Ruelle
Davidson et prolongation de la conduite d'eau sur l'Avenue Millar, Contrat No.
09-031, et
addressées au soussigné seront reçues jusqu'à 11h00 heure locale, le 16 Novembre,
2009
par: James Lamkey, City Clerk, 141 rue Henry, 3e Étage, Miramichi, NB, E1V 2N5.

Les documents de soumissions sont disponibles, en effectuant un dépot non-remboursable
de
50$ par série, au bureau de James Lamkey situé à l'adresse ci-dessus ou en faisant
un
appel au numéro (506) 623-2208.

Les documents peuvent aussi être examiner aux bureaux de l'Association de
Construction à
Moncton, Saint John et Fredericton. L'ouverture des soumissions se fera lors d'une
séance
publique à l'hotel de ville de Miramichi et débutera immédiatement après la
fermeture de
l'appel de soumissions. Les procédures de l'ouverture des soumissions seront
conformes aux
normes de la ville de Miramichi.

Chaque soumission doit inlcure un cautionnement de soumission ou un chèque certifié
d'une
valeur égale à 10% du prix soumissionné. Le soumissionnaire vainqueur devra fournir
un
cautionnement de performance d'une valeur égal à 50% de la valeur du contrat.

NI LA PLUS BASSE, NI AUCUNE DES SOUMISSIONS NE SERA FORCÉMENT ACCEPTÉE.
