Job Classification Function Audit

The Senate Administration regards its classification system as the cornerstone of effective human resource management and the quality of the classification system has a direct impact on the credibility and integrity of the Human Resources Directorate. It impacts employee compensation, recruitment, retention, succession planning, and performance evaluation. It is, therefore, imperative that there is an assurance that the classification system is technically sound and effectively managed.
