STEVEDORE BUILDING FOUNDATION

Construction tenders are invited to place a foundation consisting of a frost wall and concrete floor for a building of approximately three thousand square feet. A separate tender will follow for the wood framed building.

Sealed tenders will be accepted up to 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Time on 13 November 2009. Tenders received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Requests for plans and specifications should be addressed to Allan P. Beaton, P.Eng., Marine Atlantic Inc., 355 Purves Street, North Sydney, NS, B2A 3V2, telephone 902-794-5226.

A formal site visit is scheduled for 09 November 2009. Site visits should be confirmed with Mr. Allan P. Beaton.

Tenders will not be considered unless submitted on the form supplied and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
