Tenders are invited for the demolition of a concrete pile cap of approximately 150 cubic meters. The pile cap is fixed on the shore end via rock anchors and shear pins. On the outshore end the structure is supported via three pipe piles. The three pipe piles are to be partially salvaged for fender block reconstruction.

Sealed tenders will be accepted up to 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Time on 20 November 2009. Tenders received after the closing date will not be accepted.

A formal site visit is scheduled for 16 November 2009. Site visits should be confirmed with Mr. Allan P. Beaton.

Tenders will not be considered unless submitted on the form supplied and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
