Certificate on company’s letter head that the items are legally imported.

All Government taxes / levies will be deducted at the time of making payment
Undertaking on the company letterhead that the company is not blacklisted by any firm or government department.
Earnest Money 5% of the offered price.

Sealed bids should reach at the below mentioned address with in 15 days of placement of this advertisement. Closing Time is 12:00 noon on 15th day from Placement date of this advertisement.
Bids will be opened at the below mentioned address after 30 minutes of closing time(at 12:30 pm) on the 15th day of placement of this advertisement, in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who are available.
