Applications are invited from Manufacturers, Distributors, Agents, Suppliers and Contractors who wish to register themselves for the supply of items and provide services to the Colombo City of Ceylon Electricity Board for the year 2010.
Conditions: A complete set of documents for Registration of Suppliers & Services (Applications) could be obtained from Office of the Deputy General Manager (Colombo City), Ceylon Electricity Board, 4th Floor, No. 340, R.A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 03, on any working day from 03rd November 2009 to 24th November 2009 between 1000 h and 1500 h on payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs 500.00 per item in cash or Bank Draft drawn in favour of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, for each item category as mentioned above.
The document shall be duly completed and returned to the Deputy General Manager (Colombo City), Ceylon Electricity Board on or before 25th November 2009 at 1000hs
The applicants are required to submit the documents separately for each category of material and services along with a deposit of Rs. 5,000.00 for each category of material & services in cash or Bank Draft drawn in favour of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, being the refundable security deposit for each item under category (A) and (B) above.
The application received after the scheduled time 25th November 2009 at 1000h will not be entertained and will be returned unopened.
Terms and conditions for registration of suppliers will be provided along with the applications.
