Note: Self prepared applications addressed to Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha Mawanella could either be sent under registered cover or delivered by hand together with a fee of Rs. 1000/= plus 12 % VAT for registration as suppliers and service providers or with a fee of Rs. 2000 plus 12% VAT if registration is sought as contractors.

Applications will be received up to 31.12.2009 for the registration of suppliers of goods, materials and services required by the Pradeshiya Sabha and the contractors as mentioned in the following schedule for the year 2010.
Self prepared applications addressed to Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha Mawanella could either be sent under registered cover or delivered by hand together with a fee of Rs. 1000/= plus 12 % VAT for registration as suppliers and service providers or with a fee of Rs. 2000 plus 12% VAT if registration is sought as contractors.
The caption "Registration of suppliers for the year 2010” should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing the application.
The item for which registration is sought should be indicated clearly. Payments can be made by cash / cheques / money orders.
Conditions:-
Separate applications should be submitted for each of the items above.
The Pradeshiya Sabha reserves the right to obtain goods from other suppliers as and when required.
Quotations submitted will be valid for a period of 06 months.
