Operatorul economic trebuie sa aiba capacitatea de a asigura semnal suficient pentru toate posturile de internet si cablu TV, asigurarea interventiilor pentru remedierea defectiunilor in regim de permanenta, 24 din 24 de ore, pentru toto cei 1550 de beneficiari de folosinta, cu asigurarea unui semnal de calitate fara bruiaje sau interferente. Asigura dispecerat prin email si telefon, pentru toti abonatii.

- Lista principalelor servicii prestate în ultimii 3 ani, de natura celor solicitate prin prezenta solicitare a autoritatii contractante, insotite de certificari de buna executie si functionare, care vor contine valori, perioada si locul prestarii serviciilor, modul de indeplinire a obligatiilor contractuale, - Informatii referitoare la personalul tehnic de specialitate de care dispune pentru asigurarea controlului calitatii, - informatii referitoare la studiile, pregatirea profesionala si calificarea personalului de conducere precum si a persoanelor responsabile pentru prestarea serviciilor; - declaratie referitoare la efectivul mediu anual al personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere in ultimii 3 ani; - informatii privind masurile de protectia mediului pe care operatorul economic le poate aplica in timpul indeplinirii contractului de prestari servicii - declaratii referitoare la utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele tehnice de care dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea corespunzatoare a contractului de servicii; - Experienta similara- cel putin 2 prestari de servicii de natura celor ofertate (contracte si PV receptie), cu recomandari; Se solicita dupa caz, completarea formularului D cu subcontractantii si specializarea acestora.
