Applications are invited from Suppliers, Agents, Distributors, Producers and Retail Sellers who wish to register themselves with the "Sri Lanka Council For Agricultural Research Policy for the supply of following goods and services to its office at .114/9, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 7.
Applications for registration should contain the following particulars :- (A) Name, registered business address, telephone & fax numbers.
(B) Category of Supplies, Services for which registration is sought: (Please mention only available items and services).
(C) Nature of business organization : (Whether sole proprietor, partnership or limited liability company).
(D) Names of Bankers and Bank account number:
(E) Business registration number, and copy of registration :
(F) Delivery facilities :
(G) Availability of credit facilities :
(H) Names of state institutes / organizations served by the applicant during past years.

Quotation for supplies and services will usually be called from the list of registered suppliers/ contractors, but the Institute reserves the right to obtain quotations from other suppliers as well. Those who fail to quote or communicate when requested or effect deliveries within the stipulated time of placing the order or whose supplies are not- in conformity with specifications will be struck off the register. A minimum of One month credit facilities should be extended to the Institute in respect of supplies made.
All applications should be forwarded to the undersigned to reach not later than 10th November 2009.
The top left hand corner of the envelope should be clearly marked Registration Of Suppliers For 2010.
