Note: PC Desktop : - At least 3GHz Core 2 Duo Processor, 4GB DDR3 Memory, 500 GB HDD, 512 MB VGA Card, OS Windows Vista Home Premium, DVD +/- RW, 17” LCD, Keyboard / Mouse.

Tenders are invited for the purchase of Computers and Printers as per specifications mentioned below by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. Interested parties may send their quotations in sealed envelopes clearly mentioning on top (right corner) of the envelope.
Tenders can be submitted within 16 days from the date of advertisement along with a Bank draft equivalent to 2% of the quoted money, as required under the rules. Tenders will be opened on same day, i.e. on Tuesday, 10 November, 2009 at 1400 hours in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.
This Ministry reserves the right to reject any tender(s) without assigning any reason.
