Sealed financial bids are invited from reputable firms / vendors of Computers /Printers hardware (who are registered with sales tax department).
Terms and Conditions- The bidder tender an earnest money equalnt to 5% of bid price in the shape of pay order/bank draft in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan which will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders immediately and to the successful bidder after satisfactory completion of (03) years warrantee period. The bids must reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 9th November 2009 at 11.00am.
All intending Vendors are requested to offer their bids in sealed envelop bearing the purchase of : Bids for unbranded PC’s” , Bids will be opened on same day on 9th November 2009 at 11.30am. in the office of Manager (P&GS) State Life Zonal Office, Ground floor, State Life Building, Minara Road Sukkur. In presence of those bidders or their authorized agents, who wish to present at occasion.
No bid will be entertained without earnest money., The cost of each set contains on computer, printer and registered software may not be Exceed from RS: 60,000/=, Competent Authority reserves the rights to accept/reject/any/all bids assigning reason thereof.
