RECOVERY  THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.  THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT GS-08P-06-JFC-3033.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.  GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has exercised a modification for preconstruction services for Phase IV of the contract for construction of infrastructure improvements on the Denver Federal Center.  The infrastructure improvements include sewer system rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage and electrical system improvements within the boundaries of the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO 80225.  This modification is valued at $98,078.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009.  All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.  Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to Ms. Deb Stigen at deb.stigen@gsa.gov.
