The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service will be accepting quotes for rental of conference room space in the areas of:  Phoenix, AZ; Scottsdale, AZ; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA.

The Indian Health Service is interested in rental of space and AV equipment for the 2010 Indian Health Information Management Conference (IHIM).

The meeting location must be able to accommodate sleeping rooms at Government per diem rates.

Preference dates:
1st Preference - May 10-14, 2010
2nd Preference - May 23-29, 2010

Request for Quote (RFQ) 1001 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication.  The closing date is tentatively scheduled for December 02, 2009.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CHANGE THE 2ND PREFERENCE DATE FROM MAY 23-29, 2010 TO MAY 24-28, 2010.

ALSO, TO CLARIFY THE CONTRACTING OFFICE LOCATION FROM ABERDEEN AREA TO PHOENIX AREA.

EVERYTHING ELSE REMAINS THE SAME.
