Description

ASIC is seeking to establish a Panel of providers who have the necessary skills and capacity to provide Professional IT Services (Services) required by ASIC on an 'as needs basis'. ASIC anticipates appointing approximately six to eight members to the Panel.  However, the number of Panel members appointed will be at ASIC's sole discretion.

Panel members will be required to provide Services across one or more of the

following Categories of Services:

 - program consultancy services;

 - continuous improvement services;

 - application consultancy services;

 - telecommunications consultancy services; and

 - technical consultancy services,

Panel members may be required to provide the Services at any ASIC site across Australia.

The successful tenderer(s) may also be required to provide the Services to the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee(CAMAC) and other Agencies.

When determining the composition of the Panel, ASIC will take into account the range of Categories of Services offered by tenderers to ensure that the Panel covers the range of Services required or likely to be required under the Panel arrangement.  This does not mean that all tenderers must be capable of providing the Services across all categories of Service, rather that the Panel as a whole must be capable of covering all Categories of Service.

Conditions for Participation

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth)

There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim

Timeframe for DeliveryAn offical order may be placed after the deed of standing offer is executed.
