The provision of strategic advice and implementation, production, training and translation services that support the delivery of critical messages to diverse audiences and to enhance the relationship these audiences have with the Tax Office.

The specific diverse audiences include people who have or who identify as having poor English language proficiency, people with a disability, or people from an Indigenous background.
