ADDENDUM NO. 3


This Addendum No. 3 for the Bulk Water Supply (San Miguel, Iloilo) under Purchase Requisition No. 10147 shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. The following are the amendments to the bidding documents:

I. Section III. Bid Data Sheet, ITB Clause 21 & 24.1

FROM:

The deadline for submission of bids is November 9, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.

The date and time of bid opening is November 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

TO:

The deadline for submission of bids is December 9, 2009 at 9:00 a.m (BAC Office Time).

The date and time of bid opening is December 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (BAC Office Time).

II. Section I. Invitation to Bid, paragraph 2

FROM:

The Metro Iloilo Water District now invites bids for 3,000 cu.m./day bulk water supply sourced from San Miguel, Iloilo. Delivery of the Goods is required within four (4) months after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed or on-going contracts similar to the Project, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.

TO:

The Metro Iloilo Water District now invites bids for 3,000 cu.m./day bulk water supply sourced from San Miguel, Iloilo. Delivery of the Goods is required within five (5) months after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed or on-going contracts similar to the Project, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
