Name of Project: BULK WATER SUPPLY FOR METRO ILOILO WATER DISTRICT
(Volume:5,000 cu.m./day; Source: Ungka, Pavia)

ADDENDUM NO. 2

This Addendum No. 2 for the Bulk Water Supply (Ungka, Pavia) under Purchase Requisition No. 10145 shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents. The following are the amendments to the bidding documents:

I. Annex B of Section VII. Technical Specifications

From: III. ENCLOSURE

1. The meter shall be suitable for buried installation or inside manholes, dust tight and protected against continuous immersion in water (IP 68, NEMA 6P enclosure required, suitable for installation in chambers and metering pits). The instrument shall be 230VAC powered with battery back up, just in case of power supply cut-off will not cause loss of data.


To: III. ENCLOSURE

II. Section II. Bid Data Sheet, ITB Clause 18.1


From: The bid security shall be in the following amount:
1. P5,475,000.00, if bid security is in cash, cashier's/manager's check, bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit;
2. P13,687,500.00 if bid security is in Surety Bond; or
3. Any combination of the foregoing proportionate to the share of form with respect to total amount of security.

To:
1. P5,475,000.00, if bid security is in cash, cashier's/manager's check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank;
2. P5,475,000.00, if bid security is a Bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank: Provided, however, that it shall be confirmed or authenticated by a Universal or Commercial Bank, if issued by a foreign bank.

3. P13,687,500.00 if bid security is in Surety bond callable upon demand issued by a surety or insurance company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issue such security.

4. Any combination of the foregoing proportionate to the share of form with respect to total amount of security.
