Procedura aleasa in conformitate cu prevederile art.122, lit.i, din OUG 34/2006 Anunt atribuire nr.56063/25.02.2009 pentru contractul nr.4/26.01.2009 in valoare de 5.111.519,06, prin actul aditional nr.2/20.10.2009 se diminueaza valoarea contractului initial cu 11.582,59 lei. Valoarea contractului devine 5.099.936,47 lei fara TVA - valoarea actului aditional rezulta din valoarea lucrarilor suplimentare (216.146,18) minus valoarea lucrarilor la care se renunta (227.728,77)
