Name of Project/Brief Description One (1) lot - Supply, delivery, installation and configuration of Blade Servers, software and peripherals at the BSP Head Office and remote backup site per BSP's Terms of Reference
Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) P20,000,000.00
Completion Period Within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed which will be issued by the Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations Department within five (5) working days after receipt of a copy of the executed contract


Prospective bidders should submit not more than three (3) contracts for similar requirement awarded and completed from Y2004 to present, with an aggregate amount of at least 50% of the ABC, the largest of these similar contracts should be at least 25% of the ABC. The Eligibility Check/ Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
