The BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS (BSP), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites prospective bidders to apply for eligibility for the One (1) lot supply, delivery, installation, development, testing and implementation of the SAP-HRMS Learning Management Module (LMM). The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for this project is P18 Million.

The BSP now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the one (1) lot supply, delivery, installation, development, testing and implementation of the appropriate software, hardware and related necessary to successfully implement the SAP Learning Management Module (LMM) project. This shall include an Authoring Tool (Courseware Developer) and preferably with a Learning Content Management System (LCMS). This LMM shall provide a learning solution that is easy to implement, very accessible, reliable, secured and SCORM as well as AICC compliant. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion.

Approved budget: PHP 18,000,000.00
