The U.S. Disctrict Court for the District of Arizona is in the process of improving our online application processing and applicant screening by updating our online application program through a new web-based software product. We are in search of an online application and applicant tracking software that will allow applicants to apply online, to submit attachments (cover letters, resumes, references, etc.) and to check on the status of their applications. It will contain an e-mailing capability compatible with Lotus Notes. It will also allow Human Resource staff and selecting officials the ability to access the data through an easy, intuitive process, and manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
