Recovery--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ONE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT W9126G-07-D-0039

Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment and man hours necessary for the placement of 4000 tons of rubble and 1000 tons of bedding stone material at the Lake O the Pines spillway.

Location: Work will be located on the down stream side of the dam on both the north and south slopes of the spillway starting from the discharge chute and extending downstream. 1000 tons of rubble will be placed on the south side around the concrete steps and walkways. 1000 tons of rubble will be placed on the north side around the concrete steps and walkways. 1000 tons of bedding stone and 2000 tons of rubble will be placed on the north side downstream from the concrete steps.

Location of rubble stone: All rubble will be furnished by the Corps and be stored on location.

1. The contractor shall be required to transport all the stored rubble from the storage location to the spillway.
