This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the United States Department of Interior (DOI) Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) in Apalachicola, Florida, from the current lessor.  The Government will negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location (N Market St., Apalachicola, FL).  The total requirement can be satisfied at the present location through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternative location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs.  Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunication lines.  Alternate locations must be located in the City limits of Apalachicola and unincorporated Franklin Co.  The government will negotiate with the current lessor to lease for IRS approximately 107,551 rentable square feet and 43 parking spaces.

Required:  All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration.  Occupancy:  The space is required on or before February 1, 2010.  Term:  The lease term will be for 10 years/5 years firm.  Owners/Agents:  Any expressions of interest should be directed to     Quo Vadis Green, Realty Specialist, at (404)562-2950 or quovadis.green@gsa.gov.
