The United States Government seeks to lease Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition consisting of approximately 2,263 rentable square feet in FRESNO, CA within the following delineated area: FRESNO YOSEMITE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Fresno, CA at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport. The Government requires 2,263 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 2,263 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
