The following is a brief description of the scope of work: •· Provide desktops and laptops that meet the minimum House requirements (See Section J, including loading of the software, transportation and set up at customer workstation. If vendor leased , the equipment will either be returned to the vendor or the exit strategy enacted at the discretion of the customer.. If we purchase, the equipment will be retained by the House. •· Manage/Track desktop, laptop and monitors inventory. •· Vendor will be providing Tech support and maintenance on all the systems. (Provide hardware break/fix services approx. 1000 systems) •· Provide software and BlackBerry configuration, maintenance, updates and problem resolution Provide on-site support staff.
