Note: Registration can be obtained by Sending a self prepared application along with a sum of Rs. 575/=.
Should pay Rs. 575/- per application for registration (Rs. 500/- fee + NBT & VAT 15%). Cheques should be drawn In favour of "Chairman, Ridigama Pradeshiya Sabha.

Quotations will be received from suppliers willing to register themselves in this Sabha, for the supply of goods and services, which appears in the Schedule below, required by this. Pradeshiya Sabha, for the year 2010.
Registration can be obtained by Sending a self prepared application along with a sum of Rs. 575/=.
The cover containing the application should be marked "Registration of Suppliers - Year 2010" on the left side top comer and sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha, Ridigama" to be received at or before 3.00 p.m. on 24.12.2009.
Conditions:
Separate applications should be submitted for each and every category.
Should pay Rs. 575/- per application for registration (Rs. 500/- fee + NBT & VAT 15%). Cheques should be drawn In favour of "Chairman, Ridigama Pradeshiya Sabha".
Goods should be delivered within 14 days on receiving the order. Failing to adhere to this will result in treating the order as being cancelled.
Normally, quotations will be called from the registered suppliers but the Sabha retains the power to call for quotations from other suppliers as and when required. Goods will not be accepted from Suppliers who do not submit quotations when requested or supply goods not in the required standard or quality.
