Sealed bids are invited from authorized contractors/suppliers/dealers for the supply of unbranded Computers for computer lab at the Central Library QUEST, Nawabshah
The tenders will be submitted in duplicate in accordance with Specification laid down in the Tender Document by the reputed firms / manufacturers / suppliers registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Department.
The tenders will be issued up to 07-11.2009 During office hours against a written request attaching all required documents against payment of Rs 1000/- as tender fee (Non-Refundable) in the form of Pay-order / Bank draft drawn in the favou of Director France QUEST Nawabshah
No tender document will be issued after 07.11.2009 Whereas, supply period of the required Items would be one month.
Bids accompanied by Demand Draft equivalent to 5% of the bid of as earnest money m sealed envelope may be Registered in person sent by Registered Post to reach the undersigned upto 11.00 am on or before 9-11-2009. The bids would be opened on the same day ie 09.11.2009 @12:00 Noon in the presence of the bidders or their authorized Representatives. In case of any holidays or disturbance, the tenders will be opened on the next working day as per schedule.
