Sealed Offers indicating the location of the property on the top left hand corner of the envelope, along with a refundable deposit of Rs.5.000/- should be submitted to the following address by registered post or deposited in the Box kept at Central Recoveries Department, Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC not later than 4 p.m. on 13th November 2009.
The successful offerer will be notified and is required to deposit the full amount of the price offered within 14 days from the date of notification, in order to make necessary arrangements to transfer the property. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiture of the refundable deposit made.
The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all offers received.
