Note: The successful purchaser will have to pay the following amounts in cash at the fall of the hammer :-
1) 10% (Ten Percent) of the Purchased Price.
2) 1% (One Percent) of the sales Taxes payable to the Local Authority.
3) Auctioneer's Commission of 2 1/2 % (Two and a half percent only).
4) Total cost of advertising Rs. 34,000/=.
5) Clerk's & Crier's Fee of Rs.500/=.
6) Notary's Fee for condition of Sale Rs. 2000/=.

The Property Mortgaged To DFCC Bank By: Mani Nadar Siva carrying on a proprietorship business at Kandy under the name style and firm of Madhuraas Food Centre has made default in payments due on Mortgage Bond No. 73 dated 30.08.2005 attested by S Haputhanthri Notary Public of Kandy.
Description of Property Mortgaged by Mortgage Bond No. 73. All that divided and defined allotment of land marked Lot 1 in Plan No.106 dated 21st September 1990 made by A H Karunaratne, Licensed Surveyor of the land bearing Assessment No. 45 Peradeniya Road situated at Katukele in Gangawata Korale of Yatinuwara within the Town Municipality and District of Kandy Central Province.
Containing In Extent: A0 : R0 : P1.90 or 0.0048 Hectares.
Together with buildings, trees, plantations and everything standing thereon. Mode of Payment :- The successful purchaser will have to pay the following amounts in cash at the fall of the hammer :-
1) 10% (Ten Percent) of the Purchased Price.
2) 1% (One Percent) of the sales Taxes payable to the Local Authority.
3) Auctioneer's Commission of 2 1/2 % (Two and a half percent only).
4) Total cost of advertising Rs. 34,000/=.
5) Clerk's & Crier's Fee of Rs.500/=.
6) Notary's Fee for condition of Sale Rs. 2000/=.
The balance 90% of the purchased price together with any other statutory levies, duties, taxes or charges whenever applicable and imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka or any other authority to be payable within 30 days from the date of sale.
