THIS CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
SOLICITATION NUMBER 21120-109065/A DATED JUNE 23, 2009 WHICH
CLOSED ON AUGUST 12, 2009.

Ankle boot, suede, black. To be in accordance with Purchase
Description CAG-2-0910-706C and sealed sample. To be delivered
to Correctional Service of Canada, Laval, PQ.

Firm quantity:
Year one: 2,088 pairs
Year two: 2,088 pairs

Delivery: Year one quantity is to be delivered between April -
June 2010.
Delivery: Year two firm quantity is to be delivered between May
- July 2011.

An additional quantity of 1,088 prs may be ordered on an
as-and-when requested basis during a 36 month period from date
of contract award.

The maximum option quantity in the amount of 2,088 prs may be
exercised during a 36 month period from award of contract.

Sealed sample, which is provided for guidance, may be viewed at
the following DPWGS District Offices:

Quebec, PQ
Montreal, PQ
Mississauga, On
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Vancouver, BC.



Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
