| Description | In February 2010 the Department of Health and Ageing will be relocating approximately 3,300 staff out of existing buildings in the Woden precinct, into the Sirius building and Scarborough House. The Sirius building is newly constructed and will accommodate the majority of the agency, and Scarborough House is an existing tenancy that will be re-stacked. |

| Conditions for Participation | Tenders are being sought from suitable experience removalist companies to provide project direction and resources to undertake the DoHA relocation project. |
