Gentlemen:
Please furnish us your lowest price quotation, duly signed by your representative, for the supply and delivery of 2 units Die Cutter, Upper Knife of the Banknotes and Securities Printing Department (BSPD), this Bank. Approved Budget for the Contract - JPY1,936,000.00
The BSP Terms and Conditions for the aforesaid requirement can be secured from the BAC Secretariat, Room 212, 2nd Floor, 5-Storey Building, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, A. Mabini corner P. Ocampo Sr. Streets, Malate, Manila within three (3) working days after receipt hereof and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P800.00.
Kindly submit not later than 17 November 2009 _ at 2:00 P.M. your lowest price quotation in a sealed envelope on which should appear our Reference: BAC-NI RIV No. 867 to the Bids and Awards Committee, c/o Procurement Office, Room 213, 2nd Floor, 5-Storey Building, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, A. Mabini corner P. Ocampo Sr. Streets, Malate, Manila.
Also, please submit together with your quotation a valid and current certification in favor of your local representative that their firm is appointed as exclusive representative in the Philippines who has the authority to receive summons, notices, and other legal processes in your behalf.
The BSP reserves the right to accept or reject the price proposal or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award, and makes no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation. Furthermore, the BSP reserves the right to waive any minor defects of formality and accept the proposal most advantageous to the agency.
