Announces an open tender on procurement concerning continuation of
construction work of the Educational-Surgery Clinic


Tender will be held in 1 (one) Lot:
Lot-1. Continuation of construction work of the Educational-Surgery Clinic

Tender participants are proposed to submit their tender proposals in written form in a double-sealed envelope, authorized by signature and stamp.
The contract must be implemented within 1 year.
In assessing and comparing the tender proposals preference will be given to the following criteria: low price, high quality, contract on time, financial state of the applicant, and experience in analogical field.
Tender participants must possess necessary technical and financial possibilities for fulfilling the contract.
Those who wish to participate at the tender may get a set of main terms compiled in Azerbaijan language from the Azerbaijan Medical University at the address: Baku, Nasimi district, 23, Bakikhanov str., after transferring following participation fee.

The participation fee is not refundable in any cases.
Applicants must submit the following documents to participate at the tender:
- A written request to participate at the tender;
- Bank document on payment of fee to participate at the tender;
- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- A bank guarantee in amount of 1% (guarantee proposals) of the tender proposal value (must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- Information from the relevant tax authorities to pay taxes and other debts, and no overdue debts in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- A copy of applicant's financial reporting on the activities of one (1) last year confirmed by tax authorities;
- Bank certificate on the financial state of the applicant for one (1) last year;
- Full name, juridical status, charter, country of registration and requisites.
Documents must be compiled in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (documents in Russian or English must be translated into Azerbaijan language and their copies must be added).
All the bidders must submit above-mentioned documents (except tender proposal and bank guarantee) till December 15, 2009, tender proposal and bank guarantee till 17:00, December 24, 2009 at the Azerbaijan Medical University (Baku, 23, Bakikhanov str.).
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Proposal envelops will be unsealed at 11:00, December 25, 2009 at the above-mentioned address.
