Declaratie de eligibilitate conf. art. 180 din OUG 34/2006 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, declaratie privind neîncadrarea în una din situatiile prevazute la art. 181 din OUG 34/2006, certificate privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, precum si cele locale, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor, certificat de înregistrare fiscala precum si actul de înfiintare al cabinetului de avocatura/casei de avocatura înregistrat de Baroul de avocatura pe raza caruia functioneaza cabinetul, sau echivalent.

Cifra de afaceri la 30.06.2009 vizata si inregistrata de organele competente, in cazul prezentarii unei oferte, aferenta unui grup de asociati format pe langa cabinetul de avocatura si din alte personae juridice, se va prezenta in copie bilantul contabil la 31.12.2008, vizat si inregistrat de organele competente.
