INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

Quantity Minimum Specifications

Thirteen (13) Units Wine Racks; custom-built, made of marine plywood and other solid wood, with
lacquer bleach finish or as preferred by the owner.

Other technical specifications and dimensions are indicated in the Bidding Documents.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Six Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 609,000.00)

Eligibility and Bid/Tender Documents may be secured from the BAC Secretariat, General Government Administration Office (GGAO), Office of the President, Rm. 121 Ground Floor Mezzanine, Mabini Hall, Malacañang, Manila, Tel. Nos. 784-4286 loc 4914, 4124 and 4215, upon payment of the non-refundable fee of Php 2,000.00 beginning on October 27, 2009, Tuesday to November 4, 2009, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

A pre-bid conference for the purpose will be held on November 5, 2009, Thursday at 10:00 AM at the GGAO Conference Room, M-121, Mabini Hall, Malacañang, Manila. Only those who have bought bidding documents will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid conference.

Deadline for the submission of the Eligibility and Bid/Tender Documents/Forms shall be on November 18, 2009, Wednesday at 12:00 noon at the said BAC Secretariat. The opening of bids will be held on the same day at 2:00 PM, GGAO Conference Room.

The Office of the President reserves the right to reject any or all bids, with or without cause, to waive any defect in them and to award to the bidder whose bid is the most advantageous to the government.
