The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for:

Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, starting October 28 to November 4, 2009 during regular office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 17,500.00).

For the purpose of clarifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on November 5, 2009, Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at the LRTA Cafeteria, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than November 19, 2009, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at LRT Line 2 Cafeteria, LRTA Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City .

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
