The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), on behalf of the U.S. House of Representatives, is seeking proposals for a diversity consultant to assist with conducting an assessment of the CAO's organizational diversity status. The purpose of this study is to assist the CAO with institutionalizing its commitment to diversity by assessing key operating procedures and essential issues of governance, policy, and their links to the constituents served by the organization.
