The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class A office space in Huntsville, AL, available for use by the proposed tenant agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: The offered building and/or location must be of Class A quality; of sound and substantial construction; and must be located within the following delineated area of consideration: NORTH: University Drive NW (Hwy. 72) EAST: Sparkman Drive SOUTH: I-565 WEST: Hughes Road. Square Footage Requirement: The proposed office building for lease by the Government must be able to accommodate 25,412 rentable square feet or yield 22,097 BOMA Office Area. In addition, the client agency will require 130 on-site parking spaces. Term: The space is required on or about July 1, 2010. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm.
