Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) P9,833,250.00
Delivery Period Within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of a copy of the executed Purchase Order.



Prospective bidders should have undertaken a similar requirement awarded and completed from Y2004 to present amounting to at least 50% of the ABC. The Eligibility Check/ Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
